form with your details and preferred dates, and we will
begin to check the feasibility and make
reservations.
We will send a letter
or email acknowledging your booking within 48 hours, together with a full booking form and payment
details. This must be completed and sent/faxed back to us
before we can confirm your booking.
If you would like a
quotation or feedback on the feasibility of your plans
before making a firm booking, please indicate this in the
comments field at the bottom of the form.
